Reconstruction of the candle D-4 started in October, 2012.

The course of work, history:

  1. Mobilization;
  2. Preparation and approval of welding techniques;
  3. Disassembling of industrial pipelines;
  4. Disassembling and removal of the head of the candle D-4;
  5. Preparation and assembling of industrial pipelines according to project;
  6. Laying on and welding of the head of the candle D-4 according to the special description of welding procedures;
  7. Connection of industrial pipelines;
  8. Performance of non-destructive control;
  9. performance of hydraulic tests and transfer of test results;
  10. Water blowing;
  11. Preparation of pipelines for operation, repacking of flanged connections.
